After a few years I decided to give them another shot. This past Saturday I stopped in and it was terrible. They only vacuumed one half of the car. Guess they didn’t have staffing for the other side? Not really sure. Needless to say I spent $23.00 and got a really crappy job. Drivers side wasn’t vacuumed and the windows weren’t dried. I will never go back. I work too hard for my money to be ripped off...
DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! I have been a valued customer for the past several years! I would take all three cars in a row. Last Sunday, I took my car in (no damage) when it came out the driver side mirror was broken!! Asked for the manager (John) to call me and his response was “well, I talked to my guy and he said it was loose”. My response: that is not true please review the video. really great car wash thorough from bumper to bumper
I have 2004 Infiniti that was pretty filthy inside & out. I just had it detailed at Nu-Look and, except for the scratches it's acquired through the years, it looks like new. Every inch is now immaculate. Nu-Look did not miss an inch! They did a fabulous job!!!
I'd give it a 1 because of the rude women named Pat, who is the cashier, but the men who cleaned my car are worth a 5. I've never been spoken too so rudely by anyone because of a mistake I had made with the money I paid. Instead of being respectful and trying to resolve the mistake, pat went from 0-100 on the rude scale-slamming drawers, saying "people like you", and not letting me try to explain where I thought mistake was made.
They do a really great job and love taking my car here
