I've contacted them 5 times in the last few months to see if one of their products would suit my needs, and to date they have sent nothing.
RecommendedMy output is liquid and leaks were my life; 10 years ago an ostomy nurse came to see me and pulled a phone from her pocket and ordered me some sample bags. I have had occasions where the leakage has been bad and their nurse is always there with suggestions. Recently an order was screwed up by my previous supplier and have ordered many samples. Try 5 bags in one 24 hour period; but today my order arrived from my new supplier. This company is a godsend to ostomates that have issues.
Have tried at least 10 different urostomy pouches fri Hollister, Convatec and Coloplast and wear time was from 6 hours to two days with leakage occurring at unwelcome times. My-Hope sent me two deep convex urostomy pouches and each one lasted 7 days until I removed it and a leakage did not occur. Finally, I have found a comfortable and reliable pouch. Nu-Hope has given me back my life! Before using Nu-Hope pouches every day was painful and depressing.
