We requested a cleaning the first time we had services done, come to find out those services were never completed, and we were told they don’t do cleanings the second time they came out to fix the board which they said was good to go the first time around.... 5/23/21: Nu Era AC Kapolei came through for us once again!! Our central AC went kaput last night; no cold air. Emailed them that night and they called us the first thing next morning. We asked if they can come as soon as possible due my wife being disabled; heat exacerbates her condition. They accommodated our request and Tech Richie came to the rescue. Our appointment was at 1130 am, but he called us and came earlier. He easily diagnosed the problem and made the repair in no time. He also did maintenance and changed our air... read more
Ridiculous. I call and speak with someone that can't speak very well English and was hard to explain everything, over and over, then to be transfered to someone else to explain it all over again... a tech came out the next day on time, charged me for an hour, didn't tell me he was completely turning off the unit permanently. Claimed they would call me about the status of my repair and to let me know whats next. Nothing. I've called for an update. Nothing.
