As I sit here and read these comments I laugh a little bit, but then I realize you residence have it made. My mom and I lived there for about 4-5 years in separate apartments and I don't think anyone realizes how lucky they have it there. Why you closed more often than open. Also why can't you keep management it's starting to get annoying keep trying to talk to the office but can't get anything I need done, done because of having no management. It also doesn't make sense I look online it says open I go to check and no ones there what sense does that make. How am i supposed to check for packages this isnt the first time that's happened its so annoying.
First off I don't know where to start we have been through several different managers within a year we had the original one the retired and brought her back to get caught up because the new manager supposedly quit or got fired because of what happened and on top of that our assistant manager quit on us she was very nice I got along with her very well because she would listen to our issues but suddenly she is gone now and we have a new manager who we really don't know much about she's very nice but I don't really know what to... read more

The reviews on here have me laughing so hard. The place was renovated before new management took over for one. All the maintenance staff was supposed to be hands off with it. Did it go that way? Of course not they were cleaning up every mess behind the renovation crew. So saying new management is why all that was done is a lie. The new playground benches and basketball court were all done before new management as well.
