You have two SWIFT trucks sit outside for 7 o’clock appointment. You were told that they were gonna come unlock the gate in five minutes. 10 minutes has passed still nobody has unlocked the gate. This is just ridiculous. Multiple workers walking around, but the gate is still locked.
Dekarlos is an awesome delivery driver and we appreciate his pride of workmanship and professionalism!
Had an appt for a phone call (after trying 2 days to get customer service) for 6:00 pm, it is currently 7:34 pm, no phone call . Pathetic “customer” service
