Love, Love, LOVE Sommer and the entire nth degree team! I consider myself THAT difficult client who experienced every emotion possible and flip-flopped on decisions. Sommer was always there to talk me through it and reassure me that I was doing the right thing. Honesty and integrity at its very best!
Jenny Gjertson has terribly poor communication skills and is a scam artist. Real estate is clearly not her calling. There are so many more agents out there the are more knowledgeable and way more willing to do anything to please her clients.....

The Nth Degree team is great at what they do!! Jennifer and Sommer were a huge help! They have been in realty for so long and we're so great at handling any issues before I had time to worry about them. They thought of things that I would not have known to look out for and went out of their way to help in every way possible! Buying and selling can be stressful but they helped make my experiences fun and exciting.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I worked with Jenny Gjertson briefly. If my home sale would've gone through I would've paid $12,500 more due to her poor negotiating skills or maybe she knew the seller, either way, she was not looking out for my best interest, Thank goodness! I didn't sign a buyers agency contract for more than that one offer for that one time. P.S. I ended up getting that same house because of an awesome agent through First Weber. PM for his name:)
