This is simply my experience with the business, I never bought the truck I was looking at online or got a chance to look at it (drive was 10+ hours away) but looking at these reviews I'm glad I didn't go through with the purchase. The entire time I tried to maintain some sort of contact with them, and my main contact being Ron, he seemed evasive and uninterested in selling the truck. Does not seem like a people person. I saw what LOOKED like a beautiful red Honda del Sol on NTEK's Web site; online, few blemishes could be seen. I did observe a little overspray on the seals, but I figured it would be no problem to remove that. I called the dealer and asked if there were any issues he was aware of, and he said no, it's a great car. So I ran an Auto Check, and it came back with a good score, but then, that only deals with title issues and accidents. I drove 2.5 hours to see a truck after a phone conversation with Jeff . the truck was full of crap , the battery was laying on the engine , the windows have been left down for several days of rain . The transmission was shot ( it only moved in 4wd ) and i was told by Jeff that it would make it to cleveland . I do not think it would have left their driveway . If they were the only people selling cars and trucks in the world we would all ride horses . jeff is fat and lazy and a liar .
I havr bought a Honda Pilot and a F-150 4wd. The best 2 vehicles i have ever had. Not 1 problem with either of these. Eric is a class act. I would recommend this car lot, and have, to anyone. Thanks Eric

I find it distasteful that you would berate a customer "It took him months to pay off the truck" that has nothing to do with what he posted. While I see your side of the story about informing him it was not roadworthy, and fully agree that a business should be able to defend itself when having accusations made at them, I certainly believe it could have been done in a more tactful manner than what was posted.
