Had gout was told to go to the Er. Then makes and appointment for Dr Chao 2 months out. Ridiculous. Then children needed routine check ups was told to go to the Er if it was an emergency. After numerous calls, extremely long wait time, after 3 times calling and waiting, they just hung up. I gave up.
Pretty much then worst expanse i had doing over seas screening. I have pcs over seas 6 times in my 18 years of service... but this experiance..... wow
To check in, you have to scan a QR Code. If you have ATT service, you have to go outside due to no service inside. Once you scan, then you have to wait for a text saying your prescription is ready. If you have ATT service, you have to wait outside again for the text. Once you get the text, then you have to wait in a long line to pick up your prescription. They also shut.down the pharmacy for lunch instead of stagering their lunch breaks. This whole process is Broken!! Especially if you are elderly and not technology savvy.
Bunch of clowns that's running the pharmacy. Prescription will be ready after 12pm and when I get there, they close the window to go on lunch with a line of people waiting. Beware we all take our lunch together sorry for the inconvenience.
