Just had a horrible experience at this NTB store. I called customer service and they were able to help me, but I know I will not be going back to this store. The employee was biligerent when all I asked was if I could get my tire fixed.
Even after scheduling an appointment, it is taking 3+ hours to replace 2 tires and change the oil. There are maybe 2 other vehicles in the garage, so they aren't busy. The employee checking me in told me it would be done by 3:45. Here we are, still unfinished, at 4:40 Unacceptable.
I like as long as I have an appointment other wise they are slow
