Car was sitting done for 20 minutes bc the employee forgot to try to upsell us a new battery. Then 20 minutes bc the employees left in charge when mgr left couldn’t figure out how to close out the sale.
A friend recommended I get my oil changed here. I went in today with no appointment and had the best experience in a long time.. Jane was extremely helpful and displayed phenomenonal customer service. She also recommended that I rotate my tires. Normally, I'd say no.. but i went ahead and took get advice. Even with adding the tire rotation, I was in and out in no time. Great experience! No appointment last Saturday, but came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I expected to wait for quite awhile, but was out in less than an hour!! Jane was extremely helpful, kind and kept me informed of what was going on
First customer here for 4 new tires that I purchased via the NTB website. 2 hrs later, they realized that their mounting wrong tires! Are you kidding me?
The associates were very polite. And gave me the information I needed. The service was pretty quick but that's because I went in the morning. The afternoon is super busy, but that says a lot about their business. Obviously they do great work to be busy like that!
Waited 3 1/2 hr on a scheduled appointment to get some new tires installed wasted time in every process because the guy "was new 3 months" but had half assed help, my rims got scratched because he took them off wrong one pretty fd up and the others scratched they only compensated 100$ "because that's what it cost to repair" how about time waited and time to be spent to get the rim fixed.
