Stopped in to have a tire fixed was told it would be about an hour I left and went back an hour later, they got me right in and back to work I went! Very friendly and helpful group! Last time I was there I dealt with the manager Matt, he was awesome also, but was not in today. Thanks guys, I will be back again.
Yes I agree with Spirit Man! I called ahead and made an appointment feeling pretty secure that I was going to get my mission accomplished. The person on the phone told me it would take an hour or less total time if I got there around my appointment time. Got there for my appointment about 5 minutes late and they told me it was going to be an hour before they could even get my car up on the rack and then another 45 minutes to an hour before it was going to be done if all went well. Been twice for alignment within two weeks. No need to make an appointment for it will be two hours after that before they get to your automobile. A certain mechanic likes to use and play with your personal items and as my experience was he broke my item but I had no proof. Had an alignment first time and was told they will have to call in the certified mechanic to get my automobile right. Why are non certified mechanics working without certified mechanics checking the work. Very disappointed.
I went in for a normal oil change and they weren't busy. The guy even told me that it shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes. One HOUR later they were done. I got in my car and within minutes my engine started stalling and my car wasn't driving right, even though it was fine before my oil change. Of course they said it wasn't their fault. Never going back.
We have had the BEST service and customer service from here on all our vehicles and then some. They have gone above and beyond to get our vehicles done right! Highly recommend!!! We love you guys!!! We finally found a place we can honestly trust! Thanks so much especially to Keith who is always there for ME!!!
Did a last minute oil change and tire rotation, they fit me in fairly quick and I didn't wait long! Thank you!!
Had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. They did take care of me and comp the oil change though.

Great service. I had a tire loosing pressure stopped not knowing the store was closed. Wonderful going guy named Keith said he would take care of it. It was cool and raining so my lady friend and I sat in a very nice waiting area. Great service
