You can make an appointment and you still end up waiting for an hour for them to get to you. Happens every time.
RecommendedFast service, friendly staff. Came in at a hour before closing on Thanksgiving Eve. They were staying open till 7 pm. They took care of me.
Matt Needs To Come Back !!! This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The Technician from the back had to come out of the Bay Area to get someone to help me at the front desk. The Manager seems like he doesn’t want to be here. Put a Smile on your Face and Greet Your Customers because of them you get a paycheck!!! Positive Attitudes create a Great Work Environment!!!!
It took 3 hours to get new tires. It wasn’t busy. Another customer complained but the guy didn’t care. Sadly they are the only place open on Sundays. I should have waited until tomorrow and gone to Discount Tires who know what they’re doing.
Scheduled services online to come in and hear service representative say he thought it was a joke and then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t change my transmission fluid like I scheduled to do.
Slow as molasses, but good folks that does a good job!
Great service and helpful technicians. Matt and his team really rock at customer service. Got an oil change on my new jeep and was out in 30 minutes. Great job!!!
Excellent service and would recommend them to anyone.
