I have never had a bad experience here. That's not to say that I haven't gotten some bad news but the staff are all very friendly and polite. They get done what needs to be done and have no problem explaining things either. Been coming here for years now and I'm glad I decided to do so. I recommend them to anyone who asks. Well worth the 40+/- mile drive from my house too.
Was there today while my mom got a new tire,the guy who waited on us was very polite and courteous,but while we were in the waiting area, some of the employees got into an altercation and they were cussing each other out,customers could see and hear it all, very rude and unprofessional! I was fuming by the time we left
