destroyed wheel tried to hide in trunk,denied doing it ..i drove 45 min to get tire put on factory honda wheel..said it ws curb rash clearly chipped coating from factory...bad business stay away if you have nice wheels....bad ..bad dealership said inexperience caused

This Tire/Service place is going to be the only place I go for servicing my vehicle. They are always friendly, honest and get your car in and out with great time. I have had issues with my vehicle and other service places but NTB always finds what’s best. They show you exactly what you need, what your paying for and why. Thank you for helping me out. 12/10 stars
We had a complete brake job done in May at NTB. Had some serious pulsations this past week. We took it back In yesterday and they put all new pads and rear rotors on to fix it. No questions asked.
Thank you NTB tires, for helping me out today! Even though we did not just buy 4 new tires from them, they worked me in to get a flat fixed. All the guys were very nice and understanding. Thank you👍🏻
I’ll give them a 4. I don’t know anyplace else that does an oil change for the price they will. I will say however if you get the wrong guy checking you in and you’ve got a specific problem good luck. My Colorado was giving me a thump when on the freeway so I asked the guy to check for flat spots or a bubble. I watched them rotate my tires. Nobody checked. I also asked for a tire wear depth check. Didn’t do that either. So he had to go ask the guy who did the work. But that being said overall a 4.
