Ok, so, my husband took his car to ntb in dacula, ga last week because of some lights that came on. They changed a part, charged us $250 and called it fixed. This week, the same lights came on. So, he goes back to ntb and left it running so they could see the lights and run a diagnostic test. These fools turned off the car and says they'd fix it on Saturday. Very dishonest. Horrible customer service and incredibly slow!
Idiots work here. I spent over 2 hrs here for what should have been a 20 minute oil change. The oil change never happened. I had to tell them to give my vehicle back.
RecommendedClean and organized shop. Nice waiting area. They provide excellent customer service and make sure you are satisfied with the work done.
They all took good care of my car, they genuinely care about the service they provide. I appreciate the honesty and feedback about what I should do or not do, and I never felt pressured to make a choice I wasn’t ready to make. Thank you for your time and service today, I’ll be back soon.
