Greg Norris is a ROCK STAR. I pulled in with an emergency with a trailer tire. They didn't even sell this type of tire, but Greg went out of his way to help fix my issue, gave me some great tips and pointers, and had me back on the road within a half hour. And, every other employee I encountered was very pleasant. What a great and refreshing experience. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Although I bought 4 tires I got charged for 1 because there tire blew and I was not near a supplier so I never could use the warranty so they refused to balance my one tire. In my opinion it was a shit move on there part to save $10 but probably lost my business which I gave them for over 20 years.
