Told us one hour to repair hubby's car. Then, told they had to order a part and would be ready the next afternoon. Next Afternoon - told the part recieved was defective so they had to order another and car would be ready at 3ish the NEXT day. 3ish the NEXT day we're told - "oh, it's not what we thought - we can't fix that' ? :/
Absolutely terrible at scheduling. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was told they were 30 minutes behind schedule. 3 hours and 15 minutes later I got my keys back which was an hour and 15 minutes later than when they said they would be done. No acknowledgment that it took 3 hours for an oil change or update during the process. If you are in a hurry or expect someone to keep a schedule, go somewhere else because this isn’t your place.

When nobody else was open at 12:30 on a Saturday morning, these folks were. Fast, friendly service AND there out the door cost compared to a few others saved me quite a bit of money. HIGHLY recommend the drive to Ocean Springs!
There are some Godly people that do business. NTB in Ocean Springs has one in Mr. Greg Norris. If you need good customer service and an overly honest and kind man that does the right thing. If you don't believe me, go see him and let him know that's the word you heard about him. You are awesome Mr. Greg!! NTB Tire and Service Center rocks!!
Service was fine, people were friendly. The reception room now was in need of sweeping and mopping. It was downright cold to the point I was shivering. Couldn't go outside to warm up as it was 42 degrees outside. Found the thermostat which showed it was 65 inside. Employees claimed home office controlled it. I wasn't the only one who thought it was too cold inside. There were two other ladies present who also commented. One even asked which seat would be warmer to wait in.
Great people Ms Sullivan and Greg Norris are two of the the best people God put on this earth, so friendly, and helpful, Joe the guy worked on our van was such a good man
Three flat tires in two weeks. Greg and his team at NTB are excellent! Would recommend to anyone.
