Terrible. Promised tire would be done in two hours and after three hours they still hadn’t even gotten to it so we took the tire back and left. Don’t recommend.

The Ocean Springs, MS team was extremely helpful and took me in literally a minute before closing and went into overtime after-hours to take care of my family and I. The tire that was replaced had been purchased less than a month prior at Discount Tires and it turned out to be defective. The staff even tried to repair it prior at no cost but found the leak and replaced the tire. They could have easily turned me away since they were closing up shop but I'm very grateful that they took the time and got us back on the road. NTB... read more
