RecommendedI had a terrible experience at another local tire store, so I left there and drove straight over to NTB. They not only had the tires I needed in stock, but they IMMEDIATELY pulled my truck in and got to work on it. Clyde was extremely professional and personable as well. I have definitely found the go-to place in Shelby for repairs and tires!
they can’t even change a tire right � i bought a new tire there and it wouldn’t stay up, had to go back 3x bc the tire kept loosing pressure and they tried to say it was my rim on the 3rd trip. So i never had a problem til i come here for a new one and its my rim? Oh ok! My husband took his truck in for his tires to be rotated and they called him saying whoever changed them last put the wrong bolts back on and they would be $8 for each new bolt they needed. They were the last ones that put tires on his truck!! Of course they had no record of that! We will not be back and will discourage friends from going there as well!
Not pleased at all. They are always trying to up sell and they did not tell us about it until after the fact. We were there to put on new tires and they did a great job at that but they were not even willing to help with a discount or $10 off coupon even after the fact they tacked on more charges.... that we had to pay. Will not be back for extra services.
Needed some minor brake work and these guys did an excellent job. The service they recommended fixed the issue and at a fair price. I will definitely check them out again for future repairs.
Salesman was very disrespectful. Talk to me like I was his slave. I gave him a chance maybe he having bad day. Then he tried to double charge me. Glad I know something about car repairs. I got my keys and left. Now Oakies in Shelby is getting me fixed up and rhey are respectful.
Tires rotated and aligned,great job nice people, quick service, will go back when the time arises!
Had to have a tire replace today that blowed out. Got a great price and the service was done in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly.
