I'm here now. For a simple oil change. They have had my car in for over an hour only to try to get me to pay for more stuff. I only came here because fast way was closed. Never ever again will I come here
Went to find out why my front two tires were leaking. Manager showed me the small holes he found but refused to patch them. They were repairable, for the short term, but he just didn’t wanna put the effort into it. Wanted to sell new tires. Been having all my vehicles serviced by them and have bought several tires from them. But when I want to buy tires, i will let you know. I don’t need your car lot salesman attitude. Taking my business and going elsewhere. See ya.

two weeks ago I took my car to get new tires, an oil change and a new tie rod and since then my car has literally ran worse than it ever has before. Never spent $1,000 to have someone make my car worse than when I dropped it off ..until this.
RecommendedOver the top customer service...especially on a busy Sunday. Had a complete brake job front and back and oil change...these guys were helpful, knowledgeable, Kept me in the loop the entire duration of service and I could not ask for a more friendly staff. I'm not from Shelby I was actually up here traveling so this made the whole experience even better knowing that I can trust these gas to make the necessary repairs to get me back on the road. I just left there and was there 10 minutes and no 1 asked me if I needed anything or told me to hold up a minute or anything. I can't believe no one said 1 word to me the whole time I was there. I wont b back

I had a terrible experience at another local tire store, so I left there and drove straight over to NTB. They not only had the tires I needed in stock, but they IMMEDIATELY pulled my truck in and got to work on it. Clyde was extremely professional and personable as well. I have definitely found the go-to place in Shelby for repairs and tires!
