Paul and Frank are true professionals and know the meaning of customer service. They get you what you need without trying to find ways to make your bill higher. Nick even researched a problem with my husband's truck that ended up saving us $1500. I can't say enough good things about these guys, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great experience! Frank provided excellent customer service! They provided a scheduled time to install my tires and I brought my vehicle in and they pulled it right in and got to work on it. Great deal on Nitto tires for my SUV. We won't go anywhere else for tires!
I couldn't let the page suffer on one review. There's a high population around here and I've sat and waited at firestone, Mr. Tire, sears, etc. just as long as I've waited at ntb. As far as service, they've never disappointed me. I've had situations where things were broken and they've recommended which ones to fix and which ones can wait instead of springing every possible repair on someone while the car's still on the lift like some shops do in order to gouge more labor.
