I am pretty upset having to pay $1700 to replace my entire air conditioning unit just to find out that that may not have been the issue. Supposedly my evaporator core is bad, which of course was not included in the $1700 that I put in to pay for my air conditioning unit to run cool. After trying to figure out the issue and not succeeding, I had to go to a different shop and spend even more money to find out that the evaporator core is the reason my A/C isn’t running correctly. They are amazing! Only shop I take my car to, they take care of my car and I have built trust with them over the years, they go above and beyond I recommend them all the time. They get work done, the price is always reasonable, and they are not just looking for a buck they will help you get exactly what you need! Deff. Best in town!
Frank, John and the rest of the staff are great! They always do everything they can to help you out! I was very sad to find out today that Paul retired back in November. He was the main reason I always came back but Frank and John are great too! I trust them with my vehicle.
Everyone here goes above & beyond when it comes to good quality customer service. This is the only place my husband & I take our cars to when something is needed.
CUSTOMERS AVOID THIS PLACE...... Don't let the reviews fool you since NTB employees cant give themselves google reviews anymore and have been caught doing so they are giving themselves reviews on facebook. This isn't a 4.9 rating store they will do what ever they can to make themselves look good. If you don't believe me compare the people who have wrote the reviews to the employees and managers friends list. Most aren't even customers they are friends of employees.
