With the balding tires looming over my head on my 2014 Cruze, I was ready to say goodbye to them after speaking with Frank for two minutes! Frank and NTB blew every single competitor out the water in every way. Saved me hundreds of dollars and made sure my car was ready for another trip. No bait and switch. No knock offs. I can't find a reason to dislike this place at all. Do yourself a favor and let these veterans take care of you, and your pockets!

We only take our vehicles here to get their routine and needed work done. We trust our vehicles 100% with Paul, Frank and their amazing team. They do their best to save us money and are honest about what needs done sooner than later. We got tired for both vehicles within the last year and got outstanding deals for them! We always refer friends there for their cars. We will be forever customers!
Every time I come into this store I feel welcome. I wouldn't say I look forward to it, for obvious reasons, but I know that I will always be treated with respect and dignity. Frank, who I usually deal with, always answers my questions and if he doesn't know will seek out somebody who does. When I called him about a bolt in my tire he told me to come in, without an appointment, and he'd get me in and out as soon as possible. I have taken my cars to NTB for years, I am very satisfied with the service I receive, I make an appointment and take it there on my lunch time, work has always been completed on time so I am not late for work, I have bought new tires and had a all wheel alignment, I feel they are honest, friendly, and I will continue going there. I've been in here multiple times and have never been dissatisfied. The customer service is great! Frank is the nicest person you could ever meet. I highly recommend going here for all your tire and/or mechanical needs.
