The on western Blvd is amazing and friendly. Only one tech touches my car and that’s Josh D. I bought tires there in February and they treated me very good.
NTB has always taken care of me when I have needed them. I appreciate the kind customer service I have always received when at this shop. I especially appreciate Dylan for his help today with my car. I will always come back and recommend them to everyone.
Fair pricing. The men are very knowledgeable and do not try to convince you to buy things your car does not need. Great customer service and they work quickly! Highly recommend!
CUSTOMERS AVOID THIS PLACE...... Don't let the reviews fool you since NTB employees cant give themselves google reviews anymore and have been caught doing so they are giving themselves reviews on facebook. This isn't a 4.9 rating store they will do what ever they can to make themselves look good. If you don't believe me compare the people who have wrote the reviews to the employees and managers friends list. Most aren't even customers they are friends of employees.
