I just went into NTB at 6:15pm tonight in the off chance these guys could put new tires on my car. The tires were worn down to the cord and I commute 2 hours to work each day. Jon went out of his way to get tires brought over from another location and realign my wheels right away even though they had to stay past closing time to get it done. Awesome service and they made me feel very well taken care of! 5/5 would recommend!
Fast and friendly service
My battery kept “dying” or so I thought. I walked into their shop and asked if someone could just take a peak at it. I didn’t have to wait. John comes out, looks at it, and tells me my relay was loose. He had it fixed in less than 3 minutes! Super nice fellow. Would not accept payment for it. For a single mother on a fixed budget, little things like that change your world. I will be taking my car to NTB (especially John) for my car repairs in the future.
I gave the folks in advanced weeks notice that I'd be in at the end of the week. Call them at the end of the week when I returned from the road and they spoke like I just got done setting the appointment. They were ready for me and ready to serve. They showed me all my options made recommendations and served all my needs with professional advice and courtesy. I am very well pleased
I purchased my tires online and took them to NTB to point them on, balance and align. They were professional and courteous. The pricing was great. I was a loyal customer to another tire business in town for the last 15 years however after today I will be a loyal NTB customer for now on. You guys saved us $150!
They worked On my husband's car on the 27th of September on the 28th my husband's was still having the same issues and now it's started cutting back out on him. We took it back there do you wanna charges another diagnostic for the vehicle of a $110. So my thing is this if you were supposed to fix the issue in the 1st place why are we still having that same issue with our vehicle so I call the corporate office on them I will not take my car back to this place.
Great service, professional staff and courteous. Dillion took care of my tire within 20 minutes and had me on my way.
