I went on Sunday to see if they had my tires in stock. Jon said they didn't have my tires in. He ordered the tires and said he would call me when they arrived. He called me on Wednesday afternoon and I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. My husband recommended I go to NTB. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
They relaxed the condenser in my truck at a price much under that dealership and couldn’t charge it because it took a special kind of Freon. NTB went above and beyond and paid for me to take my truck to the dealership to get it charged and completely fixed. Even the service manager at the dealership was impressed by what they did and the price they did it for. All in all the guys at NTB saved me $500 total and it was done correctly. I would recommend these guys to anyone for anything.
We will never use your business again. You came recommended, I called and scheduled an appt and spoke to the person on the phone about the FACTORY TINT. They said there would be no extra charge. We have lived here for 7 years and have never had a problem with this vehicle passing inspection due to the FACTORY TINT. This is not after market tint. Went to get an oil change. They took my car back, and not even 5 minutes later they brought it back saying they couldn’t do it because the oil was “gummy” took it to Evans a week later, and wouldn’t ya know...they were able to change it. Not sure if it was cuz I was a woman or cuz I came in like 30 minutes before they closed that NTB somehow wasn’t able to do it, but I definitely won’t be back nor recommend them to anyone I like
Friendly Fast and easy exit
Christopher McComb was extremely helpful when I was purchasing tires today, I had a concern after my purchase and he and another gentleman (I did not get his name) handled the situation with patience and professionalism.
Everyone was so nice and friendly, helped me out with all of my vehicle problems!
