Service was poor. I waited over a day and a half for a tire and oil change while others we taken in front of me. Yes, I had an appointment!!!
I had a repair at NTB in Kernersville that didn't work out. I found out it didn't work out while going through Atlanta a few hours later. We had to stop and leave my vehicle in Atlanta and rent a car to continue our trip home to Birmingham. When all was said and done I ended up being out $304 for the rental car and the additional repair needed in Atlanta.
