I waited two hours before car was pulled into bay. I was told the car didn’t pass inspection due to faulty windshield wipers and two license plate light needed to be fixed. They offered to do the service for $116...way overpriced. I got it done for way less. After I refused service another technician came out and said my battery needed to be replaced and they could do the service. I refused. It seems as though they are more interested in sales than service. This place is HORRIBLE! They have certainly lost my business! 🙄
So they told me that if I had 2 different tread on my rear tires that my 4 wheel drive wouldn't work.
The service is good. But I don't understand if you have an appointment at 9 am I expect the car to be in the bay with work being done. So what's the use to having an appointment. I understand that parts have to be ordered and delivered. I guess that's my only disappointment is the appointment thing. Other than that, no issues. The mechanic was nice, knowledgeable, and friendly to talk to while he was working and answered any questions I may have had, even how stupid it may have been.
They get in to a hurry with oil changes and then do not want to fix the mess when you see the oil leaking after the fact. Not a good place to go.
They do out standing repair I have had 2 vehicles worked on at ntb Kernersville 100% satisfied
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They used to be ok but now they are straight up rude and mean. They tried to tell me I need a new transmission and wouldn't pass my car for inspection, I took my car 2 other places- NOTHING is wrong with the transmission!! But they refused to re-inspect it for me, because they "didn't want to work late". That's the second time they've given me that excuse, and I get there before closing time. If they didn't want my service, that's all they had to say! I wish they were like they use to be.
I picked out my tires and set my appointment online. Got there and they took my car back. They came back and said the battery didn't pass their test and offered to put a new battery in it for over $130. I told then no that I would take care of that myself. They also said that the tires wore because the front end was out of line so they check it for free. After about an hour and a half, my car was ready and the car was NOT out of line.
