Terrible company and service. Had an appointment at 4:30 and said I would pick up my car the next day. Came at 10:45 and the manager said it will be 25 minutes because they had to clean my rims. Waited 2 hours- I am pretty sure they put my tires on then because the rims were not cleaned and there was shit all over them!
..Didn't have an appointment but was done within an hour (& their lobby was full) Great, expeditious service. I would DEFINITELY recommend their place of business.
I went in for 4 tires. I made a 5:00 appointment and got there at 4:45, at 7:00 I look over and see my car on the lift with no tires. I go out to the lobby to see what is going on and they tell me we can't find you tires. I ask the guy when where you going to tell me? It's over 2 hours! Well they did find the tires and I got out of there at 8:45 (4 hours later) the manager(who was not in) wants me to drop by because I sent an email off the website in the customer service section and said I was unhappy.
