I brought my car to the Oak Lawn IL location for tires only and left with a problem that I never had. Four visits and their mechanics could not restore it. Never again!
Worst customer service and they don’t know how to take off tires and rims and that’s there job smfh striped my lug nut and also damaged my rim !!!! Will be reaching out to corporate!!!!
Why did I just get into it withe the Guy working at the desk since I brought it to his attention that the mechanic didn't rotate my tires and just put the new tire back on in the same spot. Then the Guy working the desk goes and tell the mechanic whom comes in to explain to me they busy with other cars and we almost get into an argument about him not rotating my tires. Terrible service absolutely the worse. Rude phone people who give you no information. All I wanted was a new tire. Will never ever go back again.
Not screw your customers by only standing by your product if a warranty is bought with your tires.Your sales person didnt even look at the tire to see the problem just stated he cant help because its probably caused by the road and we didnt purchase a warranty. Tires bought a little over a month. Thats absolutely crazy. Very dissatisfied , never again.
Ridiculously long wait even with an appointment. I highly suggest to pick another NTB. The one on 133rd/Cicero has MUCH better reviews. I understand getting your car serviced requires time. I don't mind waiting. But this place told all the customers in the lobby 30-40 minute wait, but some were here as long at 4 hours (for a flat tire!). We wouldn't be so pissed if they were honest about the timing. I'm addition, when customers are upset in the lobby, there was a mechanic dancing around and being very loud across the garage.... read more
This location is not up to standard. Had vehicle drop off for repairs which need the vehicle to stay overnight however the ball was dropped. Parts was not order and the sale representative has a nasty attitude. Will not recommend this location to anybody not even my enemies.
