Why did I make an appointment for 1 pm if you won't be done until 5 pm? Wasted my entire Saturday because of one leaky tire. And everyone else in the store said the same. Never again.
Horrible all around! Too many places to choose from to go here ever again. They got me in for a buy 2 get 2 free promotion. Will never come back.
What happened to this place? For years this was my go to for oil changes and repairs to my car at the Rolling Meadows location. Oil changes were quick and the staff was friendly, and informative. This is no longer the case. I started to notice a downgrade in quality starting last year. And then on Sept 2016 I had worst customer service ever. I went in early to get my oil changed.
