Horrible and incompetent service! I brought my van in for an oil change and tire rotation. Yep, I got suckered in with a 19.95 coupon but I will never get suckered again. I called at 10 am to make an appt for service at4pm. I spoke to the manager Vince. He stated they don’t take same day spots yet he had nothing down for 4pm and to come on by. Had an appointment for new tires, alignment check, and oil change scheduled for 1:00. Seems all the employees were in the lobby drinking coffee and playing on their phones or outside smoking. One person decided to help me after standing at the counter for a bit. Another lady walked in and no one even acknowledged her. They refused to do an oil change because my check engine light was on from the gas cap being left loose. I went outside and cleared the engine code with my portable code reader. Dropped off a tire with a screw at 1pm. Called at 6, they said it was ready. Sitting here for 45 min without even the courtesy of an explanation
Slowest service ever...my car just sits there woth nothing happening...slow slow slow slow slow...
This place sucks, they have bad service. .. I have left 4 messages for the said Manager Carlos and he never has called me back. My tires have a manufacture defect and he doesn't want to replace them.. When my husband went in there he treated him like he didn't know what he was talking about.
I used to get my oil changed here all of the time and service was great. Brought my car in today for my 1:00 oil change. It took 2 hours ... for an oil change! My son went here a couple of months ago for an oil change with an appointment and after 2 hours they hadn't even looked at his car. They didn't even come talk to him either. Service had really gone downhill at this location. Won't be coming back.
