Horrific! My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I finally was attended to at 2:48. Needless to say ntb brought $480.63 worrh of bad reviews and personal advertisment from me. Good riddance.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Last week I took my car in to have four tires replaced, which they told me would take one and a half to two hours. After FIVE AND A HALF HOURS, my car was FINALLY finished, and it cost over $1000 for four new tires. The customer service was non-existent - after the first technician took my car keys, I could never find another technician anywhere, and no one updated me on the status of my car.
