had to bring my truck back because my tires were way out of balance, made an appointment for 8:00am to get my tired rebalanced got there at 8:23 had to take my pet to the emergency room, got nothing but attitude from the lady at the counter, she said what time is it??? I told her why i was 25 minutes late she said hum with attitude ,so, now its 9:10 and my truck is still setting outside at this time, make that 9:17 and still setting outside
They replaced 2 tires changed air filter and changed the oil. My front door was damaged during the work. They had it repaired after I was asked to get an estimate from the dealer. My day started 8am finished with NTB 2:30pm. I will use them again.
Had an emergency flat tire to be replaced. Showed up at 7:30. At 8 they told me it was gonna be pulled right in. Took another hour and a half just to get it into the shop. Another 45 minutes to replace 2 tires.
NTB is a joke, was in the area and got a flat. Told them to replace all 4 tires because they were down to the wear maker. At 1:00 they told me it would 2 hours which I was fine with. But 4 and a half hours later they finished. I watched the employees play on their phone while my van was on the lift and generally just goof off!!! Never coming to a NTB again.
Great and quick service and I strongly recommend this!��
