We love this location! The guys go above and beyond traditional customer service. Two appointments ago, it was a rainy day and I was there with my daughter. They backed my car right up to the lobby door when they finished so I could get her in the carseat quickly. Ken is a fantastic manager who always talks to us like we are old friends. Almost 2 years ago they patched my tire within minutes when Pep Boys refused to help me out in an emergency situation (and I was 9 months pregnant). Had a nail in my tire fixed it and fast! Thanks guys!!
Took my vehicle to have my tire inspected due to a nail. Dropped it off as we were told it would take 3 hours. Called 3 hours later and was told they were about to begin and would be another hour. Show up an hour later and vehicle was still sitting in same spot. Asked for my keys back and left. I give two stars because Hunger Games was playing on the TV.
I had a blowout around 6:30 pm and most tire places around Murfreesboro closed at 7:00 but these guys were open till 8:00 and were extremely helpful replacing my tire. I recommend them to anyone. Great prices, great service and great people!!!
We love NTB. Ken is the absolute best. He always takes care of me and is very honest. Many people would take advantage of a woman, but Ken is always honest and fair.

Location was very easy to find. Jermaine Baldwin and staff was excellent, and I was in and out in no time!
NTB has taken awesome care of my car for 2 years and i go nowhere else. the sunday crew was not the usual friendly staff. Im sure they were up late watching preds game. still a great bunch Thanks guys
-My advice... go somewhere else. I've been using NTB for years, but this one ends that run.- This is the last time I come here. I arrived for my 8am appointment (oil change). Check in... truck goes in... all is well, right? I watch as my pickup sits there for 36 minutes while the workers gab and drink on their coffee.
