They are only getting one star since I can't do zero. Tire shredded so we went to have a new tire put on the rim we brought in. They didn't tell us till the end that it would take three hours. After telling them to refund our money for everything except the tire they wanted to know why. We were going to take the tire and rim elsewhere because they couldn't put it on right away. Once they heard we were taking it elsewhere they proceeded to get the tire in ASAP. Poor customer service and will never recommend anyone to them.
Waited 3 hours for tire rotation & alignment yesterday (and I had an appointment)....today I noticed this grease spot when I looked up. Not a happy customer.
Was told I didn't need an appt. dropped vehicle off at around 2. Told 2 hrs. Called at 6:56 and told one car ahead of me. Got there at 7:10 because I NEED THE TRUCK!!! The receptionist tells me it's not done. Duh!!!! She says I don't need this goes to the back. Mngr on duty.... John Cutter comes out, says It's by appt only. It took 3.5 hours to get 4 tire balance and rotation...ridiculous!
Went in for four new tires, alignment, oil change, wipers and to replace a tag light bulb, which no one else could seemed to be able to get to. They did figure out how to replace the bulb, and did all the other work I requested. The desk clerk even put a cap on my windshield washer tube that was missing. Above and beyond service! My only complaint was the wait time.....3 1/2 hours!
Had a blowout on 95 during rush hour, so I called Charles and he explained to me that they were busy (as usual) and probably would not get right in but to come on and he would get it fixed by closing time. He did exactly as he said and all things considered the bill was quite reasonable. Thanks NTB and Charles! #customerforlife
I had a decent initial experience there, but I started noticing things like the tires weren't inflated enough, then I saw the damage to all my lugnuts most notably the hole in the top of the lugnut. They did however offer to get me new set of lugnuts. But I'm concerned that the work i had done will fail prematurely under warranty and I don't feel comfortable having them touch my vehicle again.
Ordered 2 tires to my home, because they couldn't order in the tires I needed for installation. They acted like they wanted nothing to do with me when I showed for the scheduled appointment. Install 2 front tires (had the Rears done 1 week prior) and a 4 Wheel alignment. This was maybe 3 months ago? I do a bit of highway driving to work and back daily and I already need to replace both front tires because their incompetence to do a proper alignment. These brand new tires are destroyed, and hard to get now. I'll never go here... read more
