RecommendedI said yes but really maybe. The staff was extremely kind. The problem is, they do not adhere to appointment times. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30am and my vehicle wasn't taken in until 1:15pm. This seems to be an ongoing issue as per a majority of reviews. Thank you to Donna for giving me a little discount for my trouble. Perhaps more back end employees?
Went in for one price and out with a higher one with no warning. Absolute crooks. Charged for tpms repair, my car doesn't have tpms.

I just want to say that John was very helpful! Even being at 630 at night for service they still got my issue fixed within an hour. I knew they were busy by the few other guys behind me and the phones ringing off the hook. John Still took the time to explain things. Thank you!
horrible service, they did a horrible job on my car, they offered us no deals that I saw on the website and they didn't let us see or keep the one tire they say was damaged.
I had as 9am appointment, two hours later I'm still waiting for them to even start working on my car for a 5 minute fix. When I inquired I'm told they'll get to me when they can. What's the point of having an appointment?
