This place is a joke! Had an appointment for 12:30, 4 new tires and a front end alignment. I’m told it’ll take about an hour to an hour and a half. They said they’d call me when it was done. 3:15 and I still haven’t heard from them. I call and was told they were running a little behind it’ll be ready by 4:00. At 4:00 someone calls and starts listing off other things my car needs done. I say, no thank you, is it ready then? I’m again told it’s almost done and they’ll call me. 4:45 and still no call. Waited 6 hours in the waiting room with minimal updates on time. I had to seek updates, and at one point was told 5 minutes. Three hours later I was out the door. I found that they were awaiting delivery on two lug nuts. I've had my truck tires replaced 4 separate times, the longest wait I've ever had was 2 hours. Please work on customer communication.
Recommendedthey're a little pricey and don't go during lunch time my car was ready but most of the front staff was in the back oven lunch a little annoying
We alway been getting tires from here. Great place. When we come here I deal with 1 person and ask for if we need anything done. We are getting some Nitto tires put on and I never had an issue
I got a good price. Service was friendly. Downsides: It took 2.5 hrs to get 4 tires on with an appointment They don't even clean the tires after install
Make an appt...nope still waiting for my 2pm appt for car to be serviced at 3pm! nope never again...not going in yet...down a bay...well communication guys! let us know when we get there!!!!!! for our appt!!!!
Really disappointed in my service appointment. At noon, I booked an oil change appointment @ 530pm using the online system. Arrived at 440pm and expected to wait for my scheduled appointment They didn't start work on the vehicle until 630pm, and didn't finish until 720pm. No member of the service team offered an explanation or an apology for the wait. When I inquired, I was told that the online system is not a reliable method to schedule a service appointment. Waste of time. Made an appointment for oil change. Was told wait was 2 hrs 1 hr for work and 1 hr wait time. For a oil change. I asked what appointments where for. They said to hold my spot. Yea no thxs took my truck somewhere else 45 min wait.
