Dropped off my car at 10 am. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours.... well it’s now almost 3:30 and stopped by there and was told 45 more minutes!! I should of known considering last time I had my oil changed there it took 3 hours!!!
Not a fan I have had major issues with my tires For almost 2 yrs.....
2-3 hours to patch a flat tire because you’re all filled up for the day, but the last time I was in there I sat with a full view of the garage and nobody was doing a darn thing. Absolutely ridiculous
Went today for them to check air pressure in my tires. They said it was self service today if you wanted it done. Really??!! Every other time they have done it for me! Was it because it was -2* out and they did not want to be bothered? Thanks for nothing
There really was no agreed on time. I dropped vehicle off a 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment. I was never contacted I had to call and they were like oh yeah it’s ready and that was 4:10. Which I thought for having vehicle in first thing was a long time for four tires and an alignment. And not being contacted that wasn’t very professional.
Came in to get a new rim on my 10+ year old car. Mike is awesome It’s not my rim that’s the issue. It’s alignment that’s causing my problem. They’re getting a new tire aligning me, & rotating my tires for only 40$ more that one new rim that I really don’t need would’ve cost. So relieved cause it’s mortgage week and a huge bill is not anything I wanted. I would recommend coming here for all your automotive needs.
