Stopped in to get a flat tire fixed. They told me they had no flat tire technician available and it would be 2-3 hours wait to get it fixed!! Really? Not one tech could repair a flat? TOOK MY BUSINESS TO DISCOUNT TIRE!! Way better treatment and they’re fixing it right now for FREE!!!NTB#Not Taking care of Business!!
RecommendedToday I got some new tires on my car!!! It’s definitely one of those things that NObody wants to spend money on and do. It was time though so I took my car in and I’m happy with my new premium tires. Excellent customer service and they were the BEST prices around! They were super patient and helpful as I had tons of questions about different tires. I would definitely recommend this place. Texted me when my car was done to pick up, very convenient! Need new tires go to the NTB in Shorewood.
One hour and 55 minutes for an hour change and I had an appointment. How are you still in business? Not going back.
They messed up my car when they did an alignment and tried to charge me $700 to fix their mistake... it was a 15 minute job at my local mechanic that was clearly their fault from the alignment job.... stay away from this place.
Horrible business. Absolutely disgusting MANAGERS who text girls personal phone numbers inappropriately and refuse to give their car back. NEVER EVER GO HERE
Not only is the level of professionalism horrible from the manager, but the up pricing and time to make simple repairs like my rear brakes and all new tires a lengthy process. I spent over a month going back repeatedly due to my brakes being allegedly put on backwards. Not to mention the manager constantly flirting and texting me in an inappropriate manner. DO NOT GO HERE!
they hire possible rapists that prey on young females then threaten them after illegally stealing their phone numbers when they speak out, and no work was done on their car.
