I usually just get tires or maybe an oil chance from time to time but this time I had to have some major work along with tires and the Service Manager named Pierre Smith was really patient and nice he explained all the things that needed to be done and offered t g e best deal I could get....it was a stressful situation but he made the experience bearable....
Staff needs to learn how to communicate with their customers. When you bring your vehicle in you sign a sheet that allows them to look at your vehicle only. When you find the problem , you are to discuss that with the customer first before you take it upon yourself to go ahead and fix it. No matter how minor or major!
