Made an appointment on three separate occasions for an oil change and tire rotation. Today I got there at 7:45 am for a 9 am appointment and the best they could do is have me ready by 11. Drove over to the South Holland Oil Express, got there at 8:05 (they open at 8) and Cain had me out by 8:30. Didn't get the tire rotation and paid $5 more but it was worth it. NTB gets enough business that they should stop making appointments they can't keep.
My car wasn’t fix right ...jerry had poor customer service just terrible
I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR 2 NEW TIRES TO BE PUT ON ON AFTERMARKET RIMS. WHOEVER WORKED ON MY VEHICLE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN COMPITANT, He broke 6-8 wheel studs which is unheard of. THATS ONLY THE BEGINNING, they called me stating that they could not get 1 AFTERMARKET rim back on the car. By the time I arrived 2 see what the problem was they told me I had a bigger problem,really they had an accident in my vehicle. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
