Bad service for balance 4 tires 7 h
Made an appointment for 12:30pm for new tires. Arrived at 12:15pm. After agreeing on price which was $12 more than the web site I was told they were finishing up another customer and we were next and should be done in a hour. We went to the waiting area and after 1 hour I got up to find my car was still in the parking lot and hadn’t even moved. Why take appointments if you don’t honor them. My time is valuable too. Honest, no nonsense, straight shooter. All we got were lies! I got there at 530pm 1 tire to be changed . at 7:30pm I asked the clerk what was going on my car is still outside...oh we have only 1 tech but your's is next. Told other customers they looked in shop window and said there are at least 3 people there. No apologies for being inconvenienced. You guys need to retrain your front desk staff bathrooms were filthy. Not happy with your Company at all... i will be letting everyone know how we were treated! A very unsatisfied... read more
Recommendedprompt, professional service. I've been here several times in the past. Today was the first time I came in to get air in my tires. The tech was very courteous and again, very professional.
