I don't like taking my car just anywhere, but today I tried out NTB in St. Charles. Their customer service & mechanical work was excellent!!!! I definitely felt comfortable & didn't get that feeling they were trying to take my money to make sales like some places. I'm leaving very happy & will be back when more work is needed!!!
Great service. Had me in and out quicker than expected.
When I went to the Beauty Salon this morning my tire low sensor came on and the right front looked low! Rather than go on with my appointment I rescheduled. I went to NTB to have the tire looked at and fixed if possible. I didn't buy the tires there. They were about 1/2 hour behind with customers, so I waited. They checked out the car and found that all the tires were a little low and filled those. There was no leak, no nail, & stems were fine, too. The manager came back and had me sign to release my car and said No Charge! ... read more
