RecommendedNTB met competitive price on tires, installed in about 1 1/2 hours with balancing and checking alignment. Very happy with their work on my visit.
So I wouldn't give you a gateway to my personal information( namely my phone number) and because of that you turned down an opportunity to sell me a battery, plus all of my future business, plus received this "glowing" recommendation on Facebook, plus I will make it my mission to speak poorly of you to all who come my way. GOOD JOB!!!!
This store is a joke and the mechanics are very unprofessional and inexperienced. Save yourself time money and aggravation by going somewhere else! Just screwed me out of 200 dollars.

NTB location we deal with had a very negative experience this week. Staff was incredibly rude and indicated my car was going to fail inspection because the check engine lifywas on. I told him auto zone provided me codes indicating one reason for the light and it would be resolved with an oil change. NTB employee said they were wrong and I needed two sensors. We recently took our van in to have some break work done. The total ended up being way higher than we expected and we were charged for services we did not agree to. After calling around to multiple other repair shops (including the dealership we bought the van from), we realized that the estimate given was $150-250 higher than anywhere else. I bought $2k in tires from Sam's (2 SUVs) only to discover Sam's won't honor the warranty. NTB stepped up and fixed my problem with no charge. Exceptional customer service. I *highly* recommend NTB for 10 star service!
