I had an appointment at 3 on Sunday and the guys were very polite and got my tire taken care of and I was in my way in 30 mins. Great service
I found out on Sunday there was a screw in my wife's tire so I went in and was quoted 1 1/2 hours to fix it. Not bad since they appeared to be pretty be busy and I had no appointment. They were done with my car before the 1 1/2 hour mark. My only suggestion would be to have someone there to close out tickets when they are completed so the sales guys are no distracted by that part of the process. Thanks again NTB you saved us.
NTB is awesome! I've had a great experience every time!! I went in a couple of weeks ago and my caliper had blown apart. I needed new brakes and they were so friendly and even stayed late to finish my truck!! Awesome service!
