Well I’ve been here for an hour and half for a repair on my tire but my fault cause I didn’t make an app
RecommendedVery professional, service was done in a timely fashion! All is Good
i went to ntb for a alignment and tires balanced told them to look for bent rims. i just got this jeep and it had a shake. went to pick it and they said you have a bent rim I asked if they changed it with the spare like i asked no they didn't. went back the next day and was charged to changed it out. they said it was the right back they changed the left. still shaking. went back they aren't interested in finding the problem. wet to discount tire they check all the tires and rims free found the problem and fixed it.
I use them for everything from oil changes to tires, used to be very happy with them but apparently being a loyal customer doesn't mean anything to them. This location replaced the AC unit in my car about a year ago. It's been leaking Freon ever since to the point that when it's hot outside I have to take it in monthly. They keep supposedly putting dye in it to try to find the leak and charging it back up. I've asked several times for them to pull the new unit they installed to inspect it and they refuse. Needed new tires and an oil change, they had a great sale going on and everything was done in a timely manner. Nice people too!
Awesome Service at NTB! They make sure you're taken care of, especially when you set an appointment like I did 2 days in advance! The customer service is amazing, the workers do great on vehicle repair, oil change, inspections, and everything else! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
