They did a great job getting my newbtires installed.
My husband waited 2.5 hours at NTB for them to tell him he needed a new tire because it could not be fixed and it would be $250. He called discount tire and got a quote for cheaper. He got his car back drove to discount tire and they told him he didn't even need a new tire! Discount tire patched it up for free and he was out in 30 minutes!
Well Nick was very professional very respectful and knowledgeable about Tires. I'm very happy with my purchase on my New Tires. The only complaint I have the company needs to hire some one to clean lobby area very dusty, dirty sitting areas and windows inside and out need washing.
I was supposed to get a front end alignment that I didn't get at the location in Baytown, even though I already paid for it. I was told it would be one hour. After two hours they said my battery was dead. I said how if I drove here?? They said too bad you need a new one. I agreed. After another hour and a half of waiting, I had to threaten to call the police in order to get my vehicle back. So four hours of waiting for a front end alignment, and forced to buy a battery I didn't need. Thanks NTB for screwing me over.
Staff is not knowledgeable in what they sell . Was quoted $157 for a battery but staff member "was not sure that was the right one". I Ended up leaving and went to Autozone instead.
