I work here it a challenge but we good
You will find that when you go in for a free brake check, every vehicle will need pads AND rotors. The mechanics get a commission off of the parts they sell. They Absolutley refuse to resurface the rotors because they do not make money off that service. You will also find that the employees are very pushy with the NTB credit card. They must have a certain number of applications submitted daily or the manager faces disciplinary action. They are also to push the sumitumo tire brand because sumitumo owns the tbc brand!
