Had my wife go take the car in for an alignment it was done improperly after reviewing the way the car drove and I alignment sheet. I called to ask them why is was bad first answer i got “we gave the sheet to your wife” that doesn’t tell me anything. Beware!!! Please if you take your vehicle there make sure you get a second opinion before you let them work on your vehicle. I took 2014 Benz with 37845 miles because the car computer was showing that my break pads needed to be replaced. They told that I needed front and back brakes, all the wheel sensors and all the wheel rotors all that was going to cost me $1,270 dollars haha I took my car to another place and come to find out That i only needed the front brake pads the back brake pads were ok and all the wheel rotors wer... read more
Had to wait 4.5 hours to get 2 new tires. I was told it would take 1 hour. It was the worse ever. My first time there. But I won’t be back. Also prices online are different then when you arrive. Very confusing
Waited 5 hours for them to change the tires and initially the said only 2 hour waiting.. they never were even polite to say something was happening and needed to wait more.. i had to ask many times how much more do we needed to keep waiting... during my waiting could listen to 3 customers who came back mad because something were wrong with their work .. plus the restrooms were horrible! Could even go during all the waiting cause the girls restroom was stuck and the mens was nasty..
Wonderful customer service! I wish more businesses operated with such integrity and awesomeness! They consistently take good care of me and my automotive needs. So grateful!!
Waited almost 3 hours for them to tell me I have a hole in my oil pan and that it was going to cost $580 to fix. I asked for my car back took it to a different shop who said it was only going to be $140. Nice try douche canoes.
Extremely slow service. I make an appointment and still have to wait at least a couple of hours.
Very over priced and they take their sweet time . Work is not done right
